What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We typically ship using USPS or UPS. In some case we’ll use FedEx depending on your location.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We do ship Internationally, International shipping charges will apply.
When will my order ship?
All purchases are processed within 48 hours. Orders will be shipped via UPS in 3-21 days from date of processing to allow the hand-painted originals to dry properly for safe handling. TriGallery will email the shipping date and tracking number.
Can I get it faster?
Free Ground Shipping applies to The Core Collection and The World Championship Collection. UPS 2nd day and standard overnight is available and will be included in your check-out total.
What do I do if my artwork is damaged?
Orders are shipped in packaging that has proven to be effective in preventing most types of damages in transit. Refuse any packages with any obvious exterior damage and we will promptly send you a replacement. If you’ve already accepted the package and aren’t satisfied, call our Customer Care Team at 888-888-8888, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, EST, to receive instructions for returns.

What can be returned?
Any shippable product can be returned that is purchased from our website TriGallery, or ordered by phone in it’s original condition.
When can I return a product?
Product must be returned within 90-days from the shipping date to qualify for a full refund, less shipping.
Return confirmation number.
Before returning a product, we ask that you contact us for will need to get an authorization number by calling 623-688-2221.
